Setting up your Webmail mailing account 

These quick steps will help in getting a Webmail account on your Quickbooks desktop.

  • Firstly, get to the Quickbooks “Edit Menu” and then click on “Preferences.”
  • Next, you will have to choose “send forms.”
  • After that, just click on “web mail” and then on “add.”
  • There will be a drop-down that opens on your screen. In that, you will have to then enter your email address.
  • Post this, tick the “Use Enhanced Security” checkbox and then select “Ok.”
  • Wait for a while and when you see the prompt message, just punch your credentials to sign in. This will be for your Intuit account.

Once you have known the username, password, the incoming email server type, address, and outgoing email server address- then you can follow this.

  • Navigate to the “Edit” menu.
  • Then click on “preferences” and then on “send forms.”
  • Just choose “Outlook” and then “Ok.”
