The BAPE Hoodie brand was found by Nigo(A Bathing Ape) in 1993. A lifestyle and streetwear brand was develope under Nigo’s direction. There are currently some Bape stores operating in Japan, as well as the Bape Gallery, which hosts events and art shows sponsored by Bape.
